Graphic Facts has been providing organizations & businesses in San Rafael, Marin County, and the San Francisco Bay Area with the finest quality screen printing and embroidery for over 30 years.
Mick Laska began printing in the early 60s for surf shops in Southern California, then migrated to Northern California and opened up Graphic Facts during the mid 80s. Advancements in computer graphics & textile printing technology allowed companies ways to produce images more efficiently with far greater clarity and detail. We provide many options for your projects. Choose from hundreds of manufacturers and styles of T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, outerwear, tote bags, polo shirts, and much, much more. Whatever the quantity, we have instant access to companies such as Alternative apparel, American Apparel, Next Level, Hanes, Champion, Gildan, and more. In addition to apparel, we provide other printed products such as water bottles, mugs, coffee cups, sports bags, towels ,and many other unique promotional products.
We use the latest screen printing technology to print images using up to ten color stations to produce logos & images in vivid color and lasting durability. We print with either Plastisol or Water Based Discharge inks. Water Based Discharge printing is a system which bleaches the dyes in fabric first, allowing the inks to embed, resulting in a smoother & softer feel.

Just some cool history of our craft!
As a stencil process that blocks areas so another allows ink to pass through, screen printing is generally credited to China during the Song Dynasty(960-1279 CE) T-shirt became an official word when it was included in Webster’s dictionary in the 1920’s. Oldest printed T-shirt on record: campaign shirt for New York Gov. Thomas Dewey’s 1948 presidential campaign – “Dew it with Dewey”. One bale of cotton (500 pounds) can make 1,217 men’s T-shirts. World record for t-shirts worn at one time: 247 World record for most T-shirts printed in one hour: 1807
